Home health products…FAST! Free shipping on all orders! We ship First Class mail through the USPS. At this time we only ship to the Continental United States. Orders received after 10am on Friday will be shipped on the following business day. We do not ship on holidays.
Return Policy:
If
for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it
to us within 30 days. There is up to a 25% restocking fee and the
customer is responsible for any freight charges incurred for returning
product except for errors or damages made by MSPexpress. MSPexpress will
not issue a refund for any merchandise returned after 30 days from the
original purchase date. All disposable items, such as electrodes and
lotions are non-returnable, non-refundable. Electrode Conductive
Garments are non-returnable, non-refundable and are considered a
disposable item. MSPexpress is not responsible for items that are
shipped and delivered, then stolen.
Prior to returning your product,
you must call to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Product can be returned by USPS or any carrier. Please request a
signature so you know when we have received the package and you have
Proof of Delivery. Also, you must insure the product for the value of
the item in case there is additional damage in transit or you may be
held responsible.
